Supervision and Responsibility:

• Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times during the event.
• Both parents and children need to have valid tickets to enter.
• Children under 12 need child tickets, and those over 12 require adult tickets.
• Adults cannot attend without a child (maximum of three adults per child, or one adult per three children).

Venue and Safety:

• Venue will have a licensed bar available.
• For babies who cannot walk, slings or carriers are suggested.
• Be aware of potential allergens: we use latex balloons and food vendors might serve items containing nuts.

Behaviour:

• Any aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the event without a refund.

Photography and Filming:

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by Woke Babies LTD and Little Omo for promotional purposes. If you see a photo you want removed, contact us at summerpartywblo@gmail.com.

Lost Items:

• The organisers are not liable for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings secure.

First Aid:

• Qualified first aid staff will be present. If you need assistance, please reach out to the event staff.

Ticket Policy:

• All tickets are non-refundable and required for entry.
• If the event is canceled by the organisers, refunds will be issued.
